Terms & Conditions

As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. Images & Copyright

All images are shot high-resolution and in full colour. We offer a comprehensive (optional) post-production service (retouching, black & white images etc.) as well as a carefully selected range of beautiful and bespoke wall and desk art. If a single image is included with your invitation, this may either be an A4 print or a CD image, including copyright. This will be an individual image per person (who holds a valid voucher) and cannot be exchanged for a group image or any cash or other equivalent.

Rescheduling & Cancelling

Rescheduling- We operate a seven day rescheduling policy. Failure to offer sufficient notice will result in the loss of your reservation deposit.

Cancelling- You have the right to cancel your booking within seven days of making the appointment. If you wish to do so, you must inform us in writing either by post or email, either of which must be received by us on a working day, within seven days.


Allow 4-6 hours for your session; lateness or failure to attend at all may result in the loss of your reservation deposit. You must bring a minimum of four outfit changes (unless otherwise specified in writing) in order that we can create variety in the shoot. Your appointment date & time is confirmed via email. Contact us within seven days of making your booking if you have any queries or would like to amend the date/time. After this point you may reschedule your appointment by giving us seven days’ notice. You must be over 18 or accompanied by a parent for the duration of your session. We reserve the right to shorten, terminate or cancel entirely any session where we feel a customers’ behavior, presentation or hygiene may compromise the experience for other customers or our staff. You must advise our team in advance or on arrival of any contagious skin condition on the face or hands and we reserve the right to reschedule appointments where deemed necessary. Touchgate Photographic reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms at any time. By booking an appointment with us you agree to these terms & conditions. Appointments are subject to availability. Promotions and offers are discretionary and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Vouchers, appointments and packages cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole.

Makeup & Hairstyling

Our experienced team of makeup artists and hairstylists can create pretty much any look you want! Enjoy a refreshing cleanse, tone & moisturize of your skin, a relaxing hand massage and a file, polish & paint of your finger nails. Settle on a suitable look after a consultation with your makeup artist, who will advise you on colours and styles to suit your complexion and personality before working their magic! We cater to all hair and skin types.


We will incorporate up to four outfit changes (unless otherwise specified) and as many backgrounds and settings as time allows. Remember, the quicker you get changed, the more time you have on set!

Viewing & Delivery

After your shoot, take a well-deserved, relaxing break and enjoy complimentary refreshments whilst we download your images. Once ready, you will see the full un-edited shoot and your viewing consultant will help you select your complimentary individual image. They will present you with current offers and promotions and can help you decide on a suitable package should you decide to purchase additional images. There is no obligation to place an order but perhaps we should warn you that you are likely to love the images. Depending on the package you have selected, please allow up to 72 hours for the complete delivery of your images by CD, Online Download or Transfer.
